CANCELLATION POLICY – Loveyatri.in by Maa Upvan Holidays

All the farmhouses and properties listed on Loveyatri.in do not follow the same cancellation policy. Each Property Owner may choose a cancellation policy that best suits their requirements. For the exact cancellation policy of a specific property, please visit the corresponding property page and read the detailed policy shown there.

On this page, we provide a brief overview of the standard cancellation policies used across Loveyatri.in.

To keep the process simple and transparent, Loveyatri.in offers four standard cancellation types:
Flexible, Moderate, Firm, and Strict.
Every property operates under one (or more) of these four types, as clearly mentioned on its listing page.

1. Flexible Policy

  • If you cancel your booking 3 days or more before the check‑in date, you will receive a 100% refund of the eligible amount.

  • If you cancel within 3 days of the check‑in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the eligible amount.

(Refund is made after deducting applicable gateway or bank charges, if any.)

2. Moderate Policy

  • If you cancel 1 day or less before the check‑in date, no refund (0%) will be provided.

  • If you cancel between 2 and 7 days before the check‑in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the eligible amount.

  • If you cancel more than 7 days before the check‑in date, you will receive a 100% refund of the eligible amount.

(Refund is made after deducting applicable gateway or bank charges, if any.)

3. Firm Policy

  • If you cancel within 7 days of the check‑in date, no refund (0%) will be provided.

  • If you cancel between 8 and 14 days before the check‑in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the eligible amount.

  • If you cancel more than 14 days before the check‑in date, you will receive a 100% refund of the eligible amount.

(Refund is made after deducting applicable gateway or bank charges, if any.)

4. Strict Policy

  • If you cancel within 7 days of the check‑in date, no refund (0%) will be provided.

  • If you cancel between 8 and 14 days before the check‑in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the eligible amount.

  • If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the check‑in date, you will receive a 75% refund of the eligible amount.

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the check‑in date, you will receive a 100% refund of the eligible amount.

Dual Policies for Short‑Term and Long‑Term Stays

Each property can have two separate cancellation policies based on stay duration:

  • Short‑term stays: Stay of 2 nights or less (≤ 2 nights)

  • Long‑term stays: Stay of more than 2 nights (> 2 nights)

For example, a property may follow a Moderate policy for short‑term stays and a Strict policy for long‑term stays.

Important:

  • The exact cancellation policy and applicable refund percentage will be clearly shown on the Property Page and also in the Booking Confirmation.

  • You must review the cancellation policy of the specific property before confirming your booking.

Loveyatri.in will not process any refund that is not in line with the stated cancellation policy of the property.
